The game was finely poised at 13 - 7 to Bath in the 49th minute when Finn Russell intercepted a Handre Pollard pass and surged upfield before releasing Ojomoh to cross the line.
Bath would eventually win 23 - 21 and end a 29 year wait for the Premiership title and secure a historic Treble, having lifted the Premiership Rugby Cup and the European Challenge Cup earlier in the season.
The title of the book 'Sixty metres… flings it infield for Ojomoh!' is taken from the live TNT Sports match day commentary of the try.
