This print is the perfect gift for any Burton Albion fan as an iconic football moment is captured in this classic book cover poster.
This edition depicts the third goal on a glorious night for the Brewers. Nigel Clough's League One side knocked out his former team and Championship opponents Nottingham Forest to make it to the Quarter Finals of the League Cup.
Liam Boyce missed a penalty for Burton in the first half and the game was goalless at half time. The second half was only seven minutes old when Saidy Janko scored an own goal to put the home side in front.
Burton doubled their lead twelve minutes later when Scott Fraser scored but Forest fought back and reduced the deficit with a Lewis Grabban finish in the 70th minute.
With the match finely poised Jake Hesketh volleyed home a Scott Fraser dinked cross at the back post in the 82nd minute to send the home crowd wild. Arvin Appiah pulled one back for Forest in stoppage time to add even more drama to the evening but Burton held on for a famous 3-2 victory.
The title of the book 'Hesketh with the volley' is taken from the live match day commentary.
Each poster will be posted in a sturdy postal tube to ensure safe delivery to your home.
