This edition depicts the magnificent innings by Virat Kholi for India against Pakistan in the 2012 Asia Cup. Pakistan set India a mammoth 330 to win by finishing their innings on 329 for 6. When Gautam Gambhir was dismissed for a duck, trapped lbw from the bowling of Mohammad Hafeez, an Indian win looked unlikely.
Kholi came to the crease with India 0 for 1 and showed no fear. With an electric innings containing 22 fours and one six, the vice captain took the game away from a stunned Pakistan. Kholi was eventually caught by Mohammad Hafeez from the bowling of Umar Gul for 183. India went on to win the match with 13 balls remaining thanks in no small measure to the brilliant innings scored by Kholi.
