At half time Ireland led 9 - 6 at a packed Aviva Stadium. The match winning moment arrived in the 49th minute as Jacob Stockdale scored a wonder try. From a line-out, Ireland passed out towards the right before Bundee Aki switched back to the left and passed to Stockdale. Stockdale ran at the All Blacks defence before chipping a kick up and over the advancing line of defenders. In a sprint for the ball, Stockdale outpaced New Zealands Aaron Smith to collect the ball on the bounce 10 metres from the try line. With one, then two, then three All Black players dragging Stockdale down, somehow he managed to get over the line and score. Ireland eventually ran out 16 - 9 winners on a truly memorable night for everybody in green!
