This version illustrates the late winner scored by Jarrod Bowen in the 2023 Europa Conference League Final in Prague.
On a historic night for the East London side it was Bowen who struck the killer blow in the 90th minute. West Ham took the lead in the 62nd minute when Said Benrahma fired home a penalty only for the Italian team to equalise moments later with a cool finish from Giacomo Bonaventura.
The game looked to be heading into extra time until Lucas Paqueta slotted a perfect pass through the Fiorentina defence for Bowen to chase. Bowen steadied himself before finishing expertly past Pietro Terracciano. The Hammers fans went wild, as did West Ham manager David Moyes who ran along the touchline with arms aloft.
What followed was a gut wrenching eight minutes of injury time until the jubilation of the final whistle. West Ham United had won there first European trophy since 1965 and there first major trophy in 43 years. Declan Rice lifted the trophy high to thunderous cheers. The sounds of 'I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles' could be heard long into the night.
