This version depicts the last gasp goal for Newport County against Forest Green Rovers in the 2021 League Two Play Off Semi Final 2nd Leg. County had won the home tie 2-0 and looked set for the Play Off Final but Forest Green Rovers had other ideas. Rovers struck in the 7th and 8th minute to level the tie and then went in front overall with a 53rd minute Nicky Cadden goal. Two goals in six minutes for Newport from Kevin Ellison and Joss Labadie then put the visitors ahead on aggregate 4-3only for Jamille Matt to put Rovers 4-2 up on the night and level the tie 4-4 taking the game into extra time. The game looked destined for penalties until the last minute of Extra Time when Maynard was the first to a Lewis Collins through ball. The forward flicked the ball over Rovers keeper Luke McGee before sliding the ball into the net. The match ended 4-3 to Forest Green Rovers on the night but 5-4 to Newport County on aggregate. The Exiles were heading to Wembley to play Morecambe in the League Two Play Off Final.
