This print is the perfect gift for any Everton fan as an iconic football moment is captured in this classic book cover poster.
This version depicts the only goal of the 1995 FA Cup Final at Wembley between Everton and Manchester United.
United were favourites to lift the trophy having finished as runners up in the league whilst Everton had struggled. Joe Royle's side however took the lead in the 30th minute when they broke at pace. Anders Limpar raced toward the Man Utd area before spreading the ball out to Matt Jackson who squared to Graham Stuart. Stuart curled his shot against the bar and as the ball bounced down and out Paul Rideout rose highest to nod home.
It proved to be the winning goal as Everton repelled United's attacks with Neville Southall keeping a clean sheet. At the final whistle the blue half of Merseyside celebrated as Everton lifted the famous trophy for the fifth time in the clubs history.
The title of the book “Off the crossbar and out from Stuart, and then in!” is taken from the commentary by Barry Davies for the BBC live Cup Final coverage.
