This poster is the perfect gift for any Luton Town fan as an iconic football moment is captured in this classic book cover poster.

This edition illustrates the late winner scored by Radomir Antić (affectionately known as Raddy) for Luton Town against Manchester City on the final day of the 1982-83 Division One season. On a tense afternoon, Man City only needed a draw to secure their top flight status in front of a full house at Maine Road. Luton Town needed to win to stay up and in turn send down City.

With the game locked at 0-0 with four minutes remaining Brian Stein crossed into the box. Man City's goalkeeper Alex Williams came out to punch the ball clear but only knocked it to the edge of the area. As the ball bounced up Antić met the ball on the volley and sent a shot back towards goal. Williams got a hand to the strike but the ball flew into the net. Luton Town had done it and held on for the win to stay up and send City down. The match will always be remembered for the Raddy Antic goal and the iconic celebrations at full time from Hatters manager David Pleat. Pleat famously ran onto the pitch at full time in a snappy beige suit waving his arms in the air and hopping with delight.

The title of the book “Oh it's there… they’ve done it!” is taken from the BBC TV commentary for the game by the brilliant John Motson.

Each poster will be posted in a sturdy postal tube to ensure safe delivery to your home.
