As the ball bounced Rodrigo Bruni knocked the ball forward with his shin toward the posts. The first player to pounce was Sanchez to finish the move that he started. Argentina led 16-3 at the break and went on to complete an emotional victory with a final score of New Zealand 15 Argentina 25.
