This print is the perfect gift for any Scottish football fan as an iconic football moment is captured in this classic book cover poster.

This version depicts the second goal of a truly epic World Cup Qualifier at Hampden Park in 2025. Scotland faced Denmark in a winner takes all match. Group leaders Denmark only needed a draw to secure top spot but would be overtaken by Scotland with a defeat.

The night started off perfectly for the hosts as Scott McTominay scored with a spectacular overhead kick from a Ben Gannon-Doak cross. Scotland held firm and the score was 1-0 at half-time. In the 57th minute Andy Robertson was judged to have fouled Gustav Isaksen in the box and Rasmus Hojlund made no mistake with the penalty. It was 1-1 and Denmark were heading to the World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico in 2026.

In the 61st minute Rasmus Kristensen was shown a second yellow card and the Danes were reduced to 10 men. Scotland took the game to Denmark and Lawrence Shankland poked home a corner from Lewis Ferguson to give the Scots a 2-1 lead with just over ten minutes left. Against all the odds Denmark then swept upfield and levelled with a calm finish from Patrick Dorgu, Denmark were top of the group again!

As the clock ticked into the 93rd minute the ball came to Kieran Tierney just outside the area and the full-back curled home a beautiful finish past club team-mate Kasper Schmeichel. Hampden Park erupted as Scotland took a 3-2 lead with only three minutes of injury time left and it was now the hosts who were heading to the World Cup. Could Scotland hold on? or would Denmark shock Hampden once again??

It was Steve Clarke's side who finished in style as Denmark pushed for the equaliser. Scotland won the ball and Kenny McLean spotted Schmeichel off his line. From just inside his own half McLean hit the ball perfectly over the retreating goalkeeper and into the empty net. It was an incredible finish to an unforgettable night in Glasgow as Scotland qualified for the World Cup Finals for the first time in 28 years.
