This version depicts the second goal on an unforgettable night at Hampden Park in 2023. Scotland took on Spain in a Euro 2024 Qualifier and thoroughly deserved a 2 - 0 win with both goals coming from Scott McTominay.
The first goal came in the 7th minute and had further chances to extend the lead before Spain fought back and hit the bar before half time. Early in the second half Kieran Tierney made a fantastic run along the left wing before cutting into the box and crossing. The cross was deflected into the air by David Garcia and as the ball dropped McTominay struck a first time volley into the bottom corner of the visitors net. Hampden erupted and Scotland held on for all three points to take a huge step towards the Euro 2024 Finals in Germany.
