This version illustrates the 91st minute screamer from Sheffield United's Tommy Dolye to win the FA Cup Quarter Final against Blackburn Rovers in 2023.
In an end to end game at Bramall Lane the hosts had to come back from being behind twice before finally winning the match in stoppage time. Blackburn Rovers took a 1-0 lead with a penalty from Ben Brereton Diaz in the 21st minute before a Max Lowe's shot deflected off Sam Gallagher for an own goal and equaliser in the 28th minute. Sammie Szmodics put Rovers ahead again on the hour before Oli McBurnie equalised in the 81st minute.
As the clock ticked into injury time Tommy Doyle received the ball 25 yards from goal and smashed a beautiful swerving shot into the top corner of the net. The Blades were in front for the first time in the match and sealed a spot in the Semi Final at Wembley.
The title of the book 'Ohhhhhh what a shot that is! is taken from the live ITV television commentary.
