This print is the perfect gift for any Tottenham Hotspur fan as an iconic football moment is captured in this classic book cover poster.
On a day of high drama at Wembley in 1991 the FA Cup Final was contested between Terry Venables Tottenham Hotspur and Brian Clough's Nottingham Forest.
Forest took an early lead through a thunderous Stuart Pearce free kick. Spurs star player, Paul Gascoigne, who gave away the free kick also injured himself in the tackle and was stretchered off. Things went from bad to worse for Tottenham as Gary Lineker saw a goal ruled out for offside and then a penalty saved by Mark Crossley.
In the second half Forest were pegged back as Paul Stewart ran onto a Paul Allen through ball to finish in the 55th minute. The match ended 1-1 and went into Extra-Time. Paul Walsh saw his looping header hit the bar and from the resultant corner Des Walker headed into his own net to give Spurs the lead.
Tottenham Hotspur held on and secured their eighth FA Cup win (a record at the time) as Gary Mabbutt lifted the famous cup for the North London side.
The title of the book '…and the equaliser!' is taken from the BBC live television commentary by the late, great, John Motson.
