Fast forward 17 years and the 49ers were trailing the Packers 23-27 late in the 4th quarter. Niners Quarterback Steve Young began a 9-play, 76-yard drive that culminated in a 25-yard touchdown pass to Terrell Owens, who miraculously held on to the ball whilst being hit on both sides as he landed in the end zone, to win the game 30-27.
The title of the book 'The Catch II' is how this famous play is remembered.
