The moment illustrated is the third try by Ireland against England in a Six Nations match at Twickenham in 2018. The Irish needed a win to claim a historic third Grand Slam. The boys in green didn't disappoint as they dominated England on their own turf to win 24 - 15. The try illustrated was the final play of the first half as Jacob Stockdale broke down the wing, chipped the ball over the oncoming Mike Brown before winning the foot race with two English players to touch down at the dead ball line. Ironically England had increased the depth of the in-goal areas before the match, which enabled Stockdale to score. It was a record breaking score for Stockdale as he became the first player in Six Nations history to score seven tries in a single tournament. It was a perfect day all round for Ireland as the game was played on St. Patricks Day!
