I am creating a series of posters in a range called “Movie Classics”. The theme (excuse the pun!) is showing the sheet music of the main title in an illustrative way and celebrating the brilliant composers behind many of the big screens great motion pictures.
This edition features the theme by Hans Zimmer for the film Interstellar. The track depicted is called ‘No Time For Caution’. Christopher Nolan's epic science fiction movie Interstellar stars Matthew McConaughey as Joseph "Coop" Cooper a former NASA pilot who accepts a dangerous mission to save the human race.
The scene depicted is the hugely tense docking sequence where Coop, Dr. Amelia Brand (Anne Hathaway) and of course TARS stabilise the severely damaged and out of control Endurance with their lander ship. The music adds to the dramatic and heart racing action and showcases the genius of Hans Zimmer.
The poster is out of this world and has been produced in various sizes.
