I am creating a series of posters in a range called “Movie Classics”. The theme (excuse the pun!) is showing the sheet music of the main title in an illustrative way and celebrating the brilliant composers behind many of the big screens great motion pictures.
This edition is the theme from the film The Dark Knight by the brilliant Hans Zimmer. The track depicted is called ‘Like A Dog Chasing Cars’, a dark brooding tune that is as dramatic as the film.
The Dark Knight is the second Batman film directed, produced, and co-written by Christopher Nolan. The film stars Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne / Batman and the unforgettable Heath Ledger as The Joker.
The poster depicts the scene where Batman riding his Batpod and using grappling hooks flips a truck over driven by the Joker. The Joker climbs out holding a sub machine gun and faces the oncoming Batpod... jaw dropping stuff!
Each poster will be posted in a sturdy postal tube to ensure safe delivery to your home.
